What is the major factor that you look at when choosing a leader?

 

For me, when i choose someone to become a leader, I must consider his/her attitude and ability to handle people softly. A leader should know how to influence his/her people without using a hard way of dealing them. A good leader understand the feelings of his/her subordinates, colleagues and should know how to persuade and motivate to achieved for a specific goal. An effective leader must not be autocratic in delegating works because autocracy will lead people to become rebellious and do not care about anything all the time. So a leader should be soft spoken all the time in giving directions.
